Asheville, N.C.: Tunnel Road pedestrian ID’d, no charges
ASHEVILLE, N.C. — Asheville police have identified Andrew Joseph Kolvick, 71, as the pedestrian killed after being struck on Tunnel Road on Sept. 10, and said no charges will be filed against the driver.
